Motor

Different kind of motors are used the disposer's production the best two are type are: induction motor and permanent magnet. The induction model works at 1450-1800 rpm the permanent magnet works at 2600 and more rpm obviously more rpm means more wear. Anti Jamming

To solve the problem related to the grinding hopper blockage the disposre's producers introduced different solutions. The FWD use a particular shape of the internal components. Two solid swivell impellers are fixed on the turntable these impellers can rotate at 360° this particular system helps to avoid the hopper blockage

Grinding Hopper and Turntable

All the disposers have a particular rouded grinding hopper. The difference is in the diameter size and in the grinding ring shape. The FWD disposers have all the grindings components made with Stainless steel. The shape of the grinding ring is studied to offer the best waste cutting. The model FWD 600 and FWD600HS have a new double cutting system that is more efficient with fibrous materials
